Hangzhou Yuexuantang Cosmetics Co., Ltd. is located in Qiantang District, Hangzhou. In September last year, the State Council issued the Plan for the Expansion of the China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone, expanding to include 10.1 square kilometers of Qiantang zone in this Pilot Free Trade Zone.
